Umbria Trip Details
INCLUDED FEATURES:
8 night’s hotel accommodations at the Hotel Umbra.
Roundtrip transfers from the Rome Airport to Assisi.
Meals: 8 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners.
All sightseeing and admissions as listed in the itinerary.
The pleasure of being with our knowledgeable and very friendly local Italian guide, Anne Robichaud.
All local taxes and service charges.
Porterage of one piece of luggage roundtrip per person from the Rome Airport.

TRIP COST:
$2999 (includes Trip Cancellation Insurance) per person based on double occupancy.*
$599 single supplement. There is only one room available so act quickly if you want it.
*This price is based on the exchange rate at time of printing. The price may be adjusted either up or down!
AIRFARE:
A group airfare has been secured from Boston to Rome roundtrip. Please call to inquire about the rate, the flight times and for answers to any questions you may have.
NOT INCLUDED:
Meals not listed in the daily itinerary, gratuities for the local guides and all items of a personal nature.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
A deposit of $750 (includes Travel Insurance Protection) per person is required to reserve your space. Final payment will be due in the end of March 2011.
DOCUMENTATION:
A passport that is valid until DECEMBER 2011 is required for travel.
CANCELLATION FEES:
For any cancellation, there will be a NST administrative fee of $100 per person. In addition, the following penalties apply: For cancellations received from 119-75 days prior to departure- $100 per person penalty; 74-30 days prior to departure- 25% of the trip cost; 29-15 days prior to departure- 50% of the trip cost and for cancellations received 14 days or less and for no shows: 100% penalty.
INSURANCE:
Northside Travel recognizes the importance of trip cancellation insurance. Insurance policies provide protection in the event of trip cancellation, pre-existing medical conditions, default of a supplier, trip interruption, personal injury and most importantly provides you with peace of mind. Please call me and I will discuss these insurance options with you. Northside Travel does not endorse any particular type of policy or company but does encourage all trip participants to purchase some type of travel insurance. If you choose to travel without this coverage a signed insurance waiver form will be required
RESPONSIBILITY:
Northside Travel, LLC, exercises every care possible to ensure your comfort and safety. We act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all matters pertaining to all features of the tour. Northside Travel do not own or have any interest in the supplier companies. As a result of our independent operation, we do not assume, and in fact, we expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for personal injury, damage, delay and/or cancellation, or accident due to default of any person or company and/or alterations or substitutions in trip itineraries or changes in the exchange rate that results in an increase in the cost of the trip. We do retain the right to decline to accept anyone as a member of any tour at any time with cause.
Physical Disabilities:
Regrettably, because of the lack of proper handicapped facilities in this destination, persons who are physically disabled or who need any form of assistance should think carefully about joining this trip. It requires a good deal of walking over uneven terrain and cobblestones.
Participants should be in good physical health and able to walk a good distance. Please call us with any questions before booking.
Advancement of deposit to Northside Travel constitutes agreement to these terms.
